General Info
I am a drummer and percussionist, with a Bachelor of Jazz Performance (Honours) from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. From early beginnings in classical percussion, I now specialise in drum kit.  I teach across a whole range of styles including jazz, rock & pop, funk & groove styles (drum kit) as well as orchestral and wind band percussion (tuned percussion, timpani, battery and auxiliary). I can also play piano (AMEB grade 6, Musicianship grade 5).
I teach from my studio in Summer Hill, located opposite Summer Hill Public School, and at Clovelly Public School.

Teaching Experience
JRAHS at the 2017 Australian Percussion Eisteddfod
2009 - 2019. Private tutor for primary school, high school drum students and adults.

I currently teach students from Clovelly Public School, Sydney Secondary College Leichardt, PLC Sydney, Sydney Boys, Summer Hill Public School, Haberfield Public and Petersham Public School.

From 2016-2018 I was the resident percussion tutor at James Ruse Agricultural High school, where I taught percussion lessons and also conducted the James Ruse High School percussion ensemble. They performed at the most recent Australian Percussion Eisteddfod in the Junior High Division.

In Term 2 of 2018, I was also the resident percussion tutor at Fort St High School. In this role I taught 20 students and conducted both the Junior and Senior Percussion Ensembles. During this term, I conducted the Fort St. Senior Percussion Ensemble at the annual Sydney Eisteddfod. The group was awarded a highly commended for their performance.
